West Marches is a format of Dungeons & Dragons in which players begin and end the session in a "safe zone" after exploring outwards. There are multiple Dungeon Masters who run one-off missions for groups of players, building a larger and interconnected world.

New players must start at level 1 and can make any character from the official D&D source books. After reaching level 5, players enter "tier 2" in which they can begin exploring more of the continent.
